You can now access a new mobile version of the Answers.Ed.gov FAQ site (search, browse) from the Department of Education’s Information Resource Center (IRC) by simply entering the Answers.Ed.gov into your mobile/smartphone browser. A Spanish language version is also available at respuestas.ed.gov.

At the present time 142 asked and answered questions in English,  about 60 in Spanish available online.

From the Making Mobile Gov Wiki:

In keeping up with today’s technologically-driven environment, ED has made the FAQs easily available to mobile phone users. Now the public can get important educational information at anytime and from anywhere. Similar to the experience of finding answers on ED.gov, visitors can browse a variety of categories simply by using key words relevant to their query. In addition, visitors who do not find an answer to their question may submit a personalized question directly to the Department through the smart phone (of their choice) and receive a personal answer from an Information Resource Specialist.
